Who are we? 

We’re Matthew & Melanie Little, founders of Little & Co., in partner with Carl Little of Carl Little Construction. Together we have over 40 years experience in the home building industry, and over 15 years experience as REALTORS® with Keller Williams Johnson City.  

Creating beautiful environments to live in makes us tick, and we love doing that for our clients. We never settle and don't believe you ever should. Excellence is our standard and relationships are king - there isn't anything we wouldn't do for our friends, and our clients are no different. 

We strive to build each home as if it were our own, making use of every inch of space, while pursuing an extremely functional design for your everyday living. Our goal for every home we build is to create a curated and collected feel, not a mere duplicate of a plan, and we do that by hand choosing many custom finishes and fixtures.
