Do you build custom homes?

We currently specialize in spec homes. However, we love our real estate clients so much, there’s nearly nothing we won’t do for them! Message us for more info if you’re intrigued!

i’m interested in a house that’s not listed for sale, can i make an offer?

We list our houses for sale about half way through the building process, usually when we start putting up sheetrock. We do not offer the option for presale. However, if you have interest in a home before it is listed, we do offer a first right of refusal option. This allows you the opportunity to purchase it before it is active on the market.
